Schedule a meeting
You don’t need to email me to schedule a meeting.
Instead, invite me to a Google Calendar event using this address:
That calendar is publicly accessible and reflects my availability during working hours.
When proposing a meeting time please:
try to propose a time immediately before or after another meeting already scheduled in my calendar. This lets me pack meetings together and have uninterrupted time before and after.
assume a 30-min meeting will do; we’ll make it 1 hour if we really have to
I run a 30-min virtual Office Hours every week, on Tuesdays at 13:30 (in Portugal).
Just click this Google Meet link https://meet.google.com/abe-ozyv-ijp and join me to talk about work. The rules are:
- after 30 min, I leave
- we can discuss about data analysis, programming, or whatever else
- you don’t need to add me as a co-author in your papers
I’m often at the office 1.04 here (although a bit less often since early 2020)
